Coco Chanel said that beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself. While it’s trite to quote Chanel, she’s right. Beauty is an inside job—it radiates out, impacting what you say, do, wear, the angle of your shoulders and the curve of your mouth.

The most effective way I’ve found to increase my personal beauty is to heal. What does healing have to do with beauty? Everything.

Healing does two things: one, it connects you directly to your divine essence, and the energy you’re meant to hold here on Earth. Two, it clears the debris from trauma and external influences that block you from seeing and being yourself.

My experience with healing has been tremendous. I’ve seen that everyone needs to heal, if anything to know thyself.
